Fintech company GoodBox has partnered with Costa Foundation on a fundraising initiative to help eradicate poverty in coffee-growing communities.
GoodBox will provide Costa Coffee stores with contactless devices, aimed at promoting the Costa Foundation and making donation quick and easy for customers.
"Offering a simple contactless donation point has been proven to raise more funds as so many potential donors don’t have cash available," GoodBox co-founder and managing director, Francesca Hodgson said.
“It is inspiring to see the vital work the Costa Foundation is continuing to deliver in so many communities around the globe and we are pleased to be able to support them with our devices."
The Costa Foundation aims to provide a safe and quality education for children in coffee-growing communities around the world, while GoodBox is a 'one stop shop' for contactless giving, helping charities to raise more money through contactless and digital fundraising technology.
The Costa Foundation’s charity manager John English added: "We are delighted to be using GoodBox devices in a select number of our stores, helping promote the vital work of the foundation and allowing our generous customers a safe way to support us with one simple tap."
