Diversity Award

It has long been recognised that greater diversity leads to better decisions, but without a universally acknowledged definition, measuring diversity has been an issue. Therefore this award will ask the nominee to justify their concept and measures of diverse recruitment, as well as hard evidence of having put these ideas into practice.
