Volvo Car UK will aid ex-British Armed Forces personnel find new careers in the automotive sector in partnership with charity Mission Motorsport.
Ex-servicemen and women will be supported by Volvo’s extensive HR team, as well as have a fast-track to placements, training and permanent employment. In return Volvo will benefit from the talent pool offered by military veterans as it looks to take on 150 new technicians next year.
James Cameron, CEO, Mission Motorsport said: “Our servicemen and women have so much to offer society after they have left military service.
