World Energy GH2 plans to build plant to convert wind from a giant new windfarm to hydrogen and export ammonia, but the plans are yet to be approved. Germany does not posses the same scale of coastal waters that could provide the energy for such an undertaking, and Germany is betting large that hydrogen can replace Russian gas as it preferred energy source.
