Vodafone has announced it will be the first principal partner for the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference hosted in Sharm-el-Sheikh in November 2022.
Vodafone will be working alongside the Egyptian government to provide advanced telecommunications services connecting the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference and its visitors. In addition, the company will demonstrate how key digital technologies and services including the Internet of Things (IoT) can enable society to save energy, create cleaner cities and improve the efficiency of sectors like agriculture and transport.
