Green Angel Syndicate, the UK’s network of specialist investors for climate change, has announced that it has changed its name to Green Angel Ventures. The change reflects the growing importance to the business of its fund management activities.
“We remain 100 per cent committed to the fight against climate change,” says CEO, Cam Ross. “We need to be recognised now as players in a wider investment space than angel syndication. We have changed our name to create the right resonances for our changing operations.”
With the name change there will be no immediate operational difference, but in future there will be further products and services expanding all operations into wider areas of investment related to stopping climate change. These will be launched under the name most appropriate, starting with the Venture Fund already in its early stages. Each will take a new and appropriate name, to fit in under the Green Angel Ventures umbrella.
