Wealth management firm, Evelyn Partners, has announced a three-year charity partnership with Career Ready.

Career Ready is a social mobility charity, empowering young people from under-represented backgrounds to gain momentum on the career ladder.

The charity facilitates this through a programme that includes mentoring, internships, workplace visits and skills masterclasses.

Evelyn Partners will join forces with the charity to offer workplace visits and mentorships at its London, Birmingham Manchester and Glasgow offices, but hopes to expand to further office locations in the future.

At the Birmingham, Glasgow and London offices, the firm will deliver financial literacy masterclasses to people signed up to Career Ready's programme.

Staff will also act as mentors for people involved in the programme and will welcome them to the office for a paid four-week internship.
