Konica Minolta recognised for third year

Konica Minolta has received the Top Employers Institute Certification for its employee engagement for the third year in a row.

Crucial to the Top Employers process is that participating companies must complete a stringent research process and meet the required high standard in order to achieve the certification. To further reinforce the validity of the process, all answers were independently audited, meaning this research has verified Konica Minolta’s outstanding employee experience.

“Our focus has been on developing the workplace of the future to really engage with the people that power Konica Minolta, utilising technology to support employee self-service and talent development as well as supporting our digital transformation.” Commented Sarah Stone, director for people and culture at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK).

Sarah added, “Our partnership with Mind, the mental health charity, also demonstrates our clear focus on wellbeing in the work-place. We have a strong focus on our values and bringing these to life to develop a rewarding, energising and innovative place to work. We promote and encourage flexible working, which enables us to be our best and to find the ideal work/life balance for better mental health.”
